These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agent6 website, waitlist, AI agents and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Agent6. ("Agent6", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
2. Account & waitlist
When you join the waitlist or create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the Services to:
- Submit content you do not have the right to share, including copyrighted material owned by others.
- Generate or distribute illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing or sexually-exploitative content.
- Cheat in academic, certification, or live-interview contexts. Agent6 Study Copilot and Interview Copilot are explicitly designed to teach and prepare, not to take exams or interviews for you.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to extract proprietary prompts or model weights.
- Resell access to the AI agents to third parties without our written permission.
- Interfere with rate limits, abuse mechanisms or other technical controls.
4. AI outputs
The Services use large language models that can occasionally produce inaccurate, biased or hallucinated output. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it. Specifically:
- The Plain-English Document Explainer is informational only — not legal, medical, tax or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on its output.
- Resumes, cover letters and proposals must be reviewed and edited by you before sending.
- Meeting summaries should be cross-checked against the original transcript.
Subject to applicable law, you own the content you submit to the Services and the output generated for you, provided you have the right to the inputs in the first place.
5. Payments, billing & refunds
Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases will become available shortly and will be billed in advance in Indian Rupees (₹). All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment on a given plan. Email support@agent6.in with your transaction reference and we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including the Agent6 brand, logo, workflows, templates, and the underlying software, are owned by Agent6 and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Services.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent6's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹5,000. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via a banner on the Services. Continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
